ПЦР В ОБЛАСТИ ТРАВМАТОЛОГИИ И ОРТОПЕДИИ: СУТЬ МЕТОДА И ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ

Аннотация

В обзоре кратко изложены сущность метода полимеразной цепной реакции и его наиболее распространенные варианты. Выделены три основных направления исследований в области травматологии и ортопедии, в основе которых лежит метод полимеразной цепной реакции: выявление возбудителей имплантат-ассоциированной инфекции; выявление генов антибиотикорезистентности и генов биопленкообразования микробных возбудителей. Приведены примеры применения полимеразной цепной реакции для выявления значимых в травматологии и ортопедии наследственных заболеваний, а также в качестве дополнительного метода при исследованиях, связанных с процессами регенерации хрящевой и костной тканей.
