Abstract

The topical questions of optical computer navigation at knee total arthroplasty are widely covered. The indications, contraindication to use, using features and possible complications of this technique are listed. The analysis of literature data makes it clear that computer navigation assists in the accuracy of endoprosthesis implantation that may to decrease the rate of revision surgeries in future.
