Aims and objectives of journal "Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia":
· to inform Russian and foreign readers about new experimental and clinical studies in the traumatology and orthopedics,
· to provide a platform for scientific discussion and consensus on the controversial aspects of the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system in adults and children,
· to assist in expanding cooperation between Russian and foreign experts in the traumatology and orthopedics for the formation of modern traumatology and orthopedic practice.
The journal accepts for the publication high-quality work performed in compliance with the principles of evidence-based medicine.
The journal publishes:
• editorial articles; • original articles containing the results of clinical and experimental studies; • analytical and systematic reviews of literature on relevant topics of interest to a wide readership based on a critical analysis of modern papers; • descriptions of rare clinical cases with their discussion.
For the most interesting articles publishes comments of leading experts in this field. The journal accepts materials from postgraduates, applicants, doctoral students, research staff, doctors and experts in this field.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREPARING AN ARTICLE
By submitting an article to the journal "Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia", you confirm that:
- the article has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration in another journal;
- all of the co-authors agree with the current version of the article.
All submitted articles should be prepared in according with international standards of good publishing practice.
The editors of the journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia” recommends to the authors use checklists and flow diagrams developed by international organizations in the field of healthcare.
a significant contribution to the development of a research concept or design; or collection, analysis or interpretation of data;
writing the text of an article or editing it for important intellectual content;
approval of the final version of the article for publication;
consent to be responsible for all aspects of the article, ensuring proper investigation and resolution of issues related to the accuracy or integrity of any part of the work.
Any changes in the list of authors after submitting the article to the editorial office must be approved by all authors. The responsible author is the contact person between the publisher and other authors. He should inform the co-authors and involve them in making decisions on publication issues (for example, in the case of a response to the comments of reviewers);
The names of people who do not meet the criteria for authorship, but who provided support in writing the article, are indicated in the "Gratitude" section.
When indicating the authors of the article, the surname should be indicated after the initials of the name and patronymic (I.I. Vasiliev, V.V. Ivanov).
Authors’ affiliation
The affiliation includes the next information: the full official name of the organization, city and country. If authors from various institutions participated in the preparation of the article, it is necessary to indicate the affiliation of each author to a particular institution using a superscript.
The title of the article
The title of the article should correspond to its content. The title of the article should be informative, concise, consistent with the scientific style of the text, contain the main keywords that characterize the research topic and the content of the work. Readers and search engines should easily understand the title. Abbreviations and formulas are not recommended.
The abstract
Recommended volume of structured abstract: 200-250 words. The abstract should contain the same sections as the article: a brief justification of relevance, purpose or hypothesis, methods, results, conclusion. The abstract should not contain abbreviations (the exception of the well-known) and references to the literature.
Keywords
It is recommended to cite 5-7 words or phrases on the topic of the article. It is advisable that the keywords do not duplicate the title of the article, but supplement it. To select keywords, you can use the Medical Subject Headings keyword thesaurus to index articles.
THE BODY OF THE ARTICLE
The journal adopted the international format of IMRAD articles (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion), which is required for publications based on empirical research.
The introduction should include the purpose of the study with imperative references to relevant the previous works.
The description of the methods in section "Materials and Methods" should be as short as possible but sufficient for replay the work by a qualified investigator. This section should also contain the names of the manufacturer (including the country) of the devices, endoprosthesis, materials. The trade names of drugs should be replaced by the name of the active agent. Just only new manipulations should be described in detail; previously published manipulations should merely be referred to by literature.
If the manipulation is not generally known, it is appropriate to mention the principles of the work and the author(s).
The Results are usually presented in illustrations and tables; some results that do not need documentation can be given in the text.
The extensive discussion should not be given in this section and should be limited just to explain the logical links between the described experiments.
It is encouraged to use the diagrams to illustrate the major results. The methods, which used for statistical processing, should be listed. If a statistical software was used for data processing, it is necessary to indicate its name, version, name of the developer-company and country.
The discussion should be related to interpretation, not to summarizing.
In this section, the authors are grateful to the people who participated in the work on the article, but are not its authors. Participation in the work on the article implies: recommendations for improving the research, providing space for research, departmental control, single types of analysis, providing reagents / patients / animals / other materials for the research.
Conflict of interests
The author must notify the editor of the following real or potential conflicts of interest:
• support for research by commercial companies, authors should describe the role of the sponsor in carrying out the study and in deciding to publish its results. If the source of funding was not involved in the process as described above, authors should also indicate this.
• relations with commercial companies, which may be considered as having interest in the field of issues covered in the article;
• non-financial links related to the article submitted to the press.
If there is no conflict of interest, authors should also report this. Example wording: "The author declares no conflict of interests."
Information about authors
Full names, academic degree, academic title, position and name of the institution in which the author works, email.
PICTURES
The illustrations should be inserted into the text of the article to facilitate editing and reviewing, also should be presented as separate files in TIFF or JPEG format with a real resolution of 300-600 dpi.
The illustrations must be downloaded as additional files when submitting articles through a personal account on the journal’s website. Image files should be given a name corresponding to the number of the picture in the text.
The illustrations should be clear and contrasting, their total number should not exceed 12 (all X-ray pictures, photographs in grouped illustrations are taken into account). Not necessary to combine separate images into collages, each should be downloaded as a separate file.
All figures (photographs, X-ray pictures, graphs, charts, diagrams) should have sequential numbering, and the numbering of digital files should correspond to their number in the text of the article. Triple numbering is not allowed, for example fig. 1 a-1, 2 b-2, etc.
Charts and graphs should be presented in Excel files.
Each figure in the text of the article must have a link. Symbols, arrows, or letters used in photographs should contrast with the background. Captions for illustrations are located directly below the picture. All designations, inscriptions in figures (including graphs and diagrams) and figure captions should be presented in Russian and English. Signatures to micrographs must indicate the staining method and magnification (for example, staining with hematoxylin and eosin; × 200).
You can borrow the illustrations without permission of the copyright holder only if this is an open access article distributed in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY license, which allows unlimited use, distribution, and reproduction provided that the original work is correctly cited. In other cases, you must provide written permission from the copyright holder for reproduction.
TABLES
It is allowed to place no more than 6 tables in the text of the article. Including data in tables instead of the text can reduce the volume of the article. The tables must be sequentially numbered in the order of their first mention in the text; each table should have a name and a link to it in the text. It should be clarified which parameters of statistical variability were estimated, for example, standard deviation or standard error of the mean. Do not duplicate the data contained in the table, in the text of the article, in graphs or charts.
REFERENCES
The number of literature sources in the list for original articles should be 30-60 titles, for literature reviews –60-100.
The journal uses the Vancouver citation format, which implies a reference to the source of literature in square brackets and the subsequent mention of sources in the list of references in the order of mention in the text.
Only peer-reviewed sources are included in the list of references (articles from scientific journals and chapters from monographs). It is not recommended to include patents, textbooks, study guides, state standards, statistical reports, articles in socio-political newspapers, websites and blogs in the list of references. If you need to refer to such information, you should put the source information in a footnote. Instead of references to dissertations or abstracts of dissertations, reference should be made to published articles by this author. References to articles accepted for publication but not yet published should be marked with the words “in print”. Authors must obtain written permission to link to such documents and confirmation that they are accepted for publication.
In the description of the source should be represented by at least 6 first authors.
In the description of the source should be indicated DOI when present.

The procedure of submitting an article to the editors
The main way to submit the article to the editor is to upload through the personal account on the journal’s website.
Anniversary articles, information on upcoming and past symposia can be sent by e-mail in the form of attached files to the editorial office: journal@rniito.org. The date of receipt of the article by e-mail is considered the date of its receipt by the editor.
When submitting the article, the following files must be downloaded:

Manuscripts submitted to the editorial office undergo a double-blind peer review process, in accordance with which they are sent to experts without specifying the authors and their institutional affiliation. So that, the main file should not contain the names of the authors and the names of institutions. It should consist of the next sections:

A structured resume with a volume of 250-400 words, which sets out the summary of the article: relevance, aim of the research, material and methods, results (specific data and their statistical significance) and conclusions. According to the author’s summary, the essence of the article should be understandable, factual data, discovered interconnections and patterns should be given in it. Abbreviations should be avoided.

6. License Agreement
According to the IV part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, which has entered into force, since 2012, between the authors of the articles and the editors of the journal, a License Agreement has been concluded to provide the publisher with the right to use the work. An electronic version of the contract filled out and signed by all authors should also be downloaded as an additional file.
8. Pictures in JPEG format. When downloading files, be sure to indicate the number of the figure corresponding to its number in the text of the article.
The interaction between the editorial board and an authors
The editorial board communicate with the corresponding author, however letters can be sent to all authors for whom the email address is indicated.
All of the articles presented in the journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia” are pre-screened by the executive secretary of the journal for compliance with formal requirements. At this stage, the article may be return to the authors for revision with a request to correct errors or add missing data. Also, at this stage, the article may be rejected due to inconsistency with the objectives of the journal, lack of the originality, lack of the scientific significance.
After the first test, the executive secretary passes the article to the expert of biomedical statistics to verify the statistical analysis correctness.
If the answer is yes, the article is sent through the electronic editorial board to a few reviewers (usually two) with an indication of the review period. A notification is sent to the author. In the arguable cases, the editor may appoint an extra review. However, the chief editor makes the final decision.
If a decision has been made to accept an article for publication, the editors notify the authors of the publication deadlines.
If it is necessary to modify an article, reviews and comments from reviewers are sent to the authors. There are 2 months for revision of the article. If during this time the authors did not submit a revised version of the article and did not notify the editors of the planned actions, the article is removed from registration and transferred to the archive.
If a decision has been made to refuse to publish an article, the editorial decision and the text of the reviews are sent to the author.
The final version is sent to the responsible (contact) author of the article accepted for publication, which he must check. The answer is expected from the authors for 2 days. If there is no reaction from the author, the layout of the article is considered approved.
The order for reviewing editor’s or reviewer’s decision
If the author does not agree with the opinion of the reviewer and/or editor or with individual comments, he can dispute the decision. For this, the author must reasonably write his position on the issue under consideration. The editors facilitate the re-submission of articles that could potentially be accepted, but were rejected due to the significant changes or the collection of additional data, and are ready to explain in detail what needs to be corrected in the article in order to be accepted for publication.
Editorial actions in case of plagiarism,
fabrication or falsification of data
In case of the unfair author’s behavior, plagiarism, fabrication or falsification of the data, the editors are guided by COPE guidance. By “unfair behavior” the journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia” means any actions of a scientist, including improper handling of objects of research or intentional manipulation of scientific information, in which it ceases to reflect observational studies, as well as the behavior of a scientist that does not meet accepted ethical and scientific standards.
The journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia” does not include honest errors or honest differences in the plan, conduct, interpretation or evaluation of research methods or results, or unfair behavior unrelated to the scientific process as “unfairness”.
Correction and retraction policy
In case of finding errors in the text of the article that affect its perception, but do not distort the stated research results, the authors can corrected it by replacing the pdf-file of the article and indicating the mistake in the article file itself and on the article page on the journal website.
In case of finding mistakes in the text of the article, which distort the results of the study, or in the case of plagiarism, detection of unfair behavior of the author (authors), related to falsification and/or fabrication of the data, the article may be retracted. The editorial staff, author, organization or private person can initiate retraction of this article. The retracted article is marked with the sign “The article is retracted”, information on the reason for the article retraction is posted on the article page and sent to the databases in which the journal is indexed.

Направляя рукопись статьи в журнал «Травматология и ортопедия России», вы подтверждаете, что:
статья не была опубликована ранее и не находится в настоящее время на рассмотрении в другом журнале;
все соавторы согласны с публикацией текущей версии статьи.
Все рукописи статей, которые подаются в редакцию журнала, должны быть оформлены в соответствии с международными стандартами надлежащей публикационной практики.
Редакция журнала «Травматология и ортопедия России» рекомендует авторам использовать при подготовке статей чек-листы и схемы, разработанные международными организациями в области здравоохранения. В библиотеке EQUATOR (Enhancing the Quality and Transparency of Health Research) представлены рекомендации по подготовке и оформлению научных статей, по этике публикаций, а также руководства для редакторов и рецензентов.
При указании авторов статьи сначала указывают имя автора полностью, затем сокращенно отчество, затем фамилию (Иван И. Васильев, Владимир В. Иванов).
Фамилии на английском языке необходимо указывать в такой же транслитерации, как в ранее опубликованных статьях и аккаунтах автора в международных базах данных. Если автор не имеет публикаций, для транслитерации фамилии и имени необходимо использовать стандарт BSI (https://translit.ru/ru/bsi/).
Аффилиация авторов
Аффилиация включает в себя следующие данные: полное официальное название организации, города и страны. Если в подготовке статьи принимали участие авторы из разных учреждений, необходимо указать принадлежность каждого автора к конкретному учреждению с помощью надстрочного индекса. Необходимо указать официальное англоязычное название учреждения для блока информации на английском языке.
Название статьи
Название статьи должно соответствовать ее содержанию. Заглавие статьи должно быть информативным, лаконичным (не более 120 символов, включая пробелы), соответствовать научному стилю текста, содержать основные ключевые слова, характеризующие тему исследования и содержание работы. Заглавие должно легко восприниматься читателями и поисковыми системами. Не рекомендуется использовать в названии статьи аббревиатуры. Англоязычное название должно соответствовать русскоязычному названию по смыслу, но не обязательно быть подстрочным переводом с русского языка.
Требования к оформлению ОРГИНАЛЬНЫХ СТАТЕЙ
В журнале принят международный формат статей IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion – Введение, Методы, Результаты, Обсуждение), который является обязательным для публикаций, основанных на эмпирических исследованиях.
Объем оригинальных статей не должен превышать 4500 слов, включая реферат. Рукописи, значительно превышающие установленный объем, к рассмотрению не принимаются.
Структурированный реферат на русском и английском языках объемом 200-350 слов, в котором излагается краткое содержание статьи: обоснование актуальности, цель исследования, материал и методы, результаты (конкретные данные и их статистическая значимость). заключение. По авторскому реферату должна быть понятна суть статьи, в нем следует приводить фактические данные, обнаруженные взаимосвязи и закономерности. Сокращений следует избегать.
Ключевые слова или словосочетания (от 5 до 7), которые будут способствовать правильному индексированию статьи.
В разделе "Введение" описывается состояние изучаемой проблемы, обосновывается ее актуальность и значимость. Следует упомянуть опубликованные работы по данной теме, обозначить их достоинства и недостатки, т. е. показать необходимость проведения исследования. Каждое утверждение авторов, за исключением общеизвестных фактов, должно сопровождаться ссылками на источники литературы (не более 3-4 ссылок на каждое утверждение). Если утверждение основывается на мнении авторов, необходимо обозначить это такими выражениями, как «по нашему мнению», «мы считаем» или подобными.
В конце данного раздела указывается цель/цели исследования или гипотеза, проверяемая исследованием или наблюдением.
В раздел «Материал и методы» необходимо включать только ту информацию, которая была доступна на момент составления плана или протокола исследования. Вся информация, полученная во время исследования, указывается в разделе «Результаты». Сокращения и аббревиатуры расшифровываются при первом их использовании в тексте и в дальнейшем используются в неизменном виде. В данном разделе должны быть четко отражены следующие моменты: тип исследования; способ отбора участников исследования; методика оценки результатов; способы представления и статистической обработки данных; этическая экспертиза. Детально следует описывать только новые методы. На ранее опубликованные и общеизвестные достаточно сделать ссылки на источники литературы.
Следует четко описать принципы, в соответствии с которыми проводился отбор участников клинического исследования или эксперимента (пациенты или лабораторные животные, включая контрольные группы), указывая при этом критерии включения и исключения. В связи с тем, что значение таких показателей, как пол и возраст, для цели исследования не всегда ясно, авторам следует объяснить, почему, например, они включили в исследование только участников определенного возраста, или почему исключили женщин. Ведущим принципом должна быть ясность по поводу того, как и почему исследование было выполнено именно так. Рекомендуется указывать название действующего вещества, а не торгового (коммерческого названия), названия использованных аппаратуры, оборудования, реактивов и т.д. с указанием фирмы-изготовителя.
Защита участников исследований. При представлении исследований с участием человека авторы должны указать, были ли проведены процедуры оценки протокола исследования официальным комитетом по этике (локальным и национальным) или, при его отсутствии — соответствует ли исследование требованиям Хельсинкской декларации пересмотра 2013 г. (https://www.wma.net/policies-post/wma-declaration-of-helsinki-ethical-principles-for-medical-research-involving-human-subjects/). Авторы статей должны указать в тексте статьи номер и дату протокола заседания этического комитета, на котором было дано разрешение на проведение исследования, а также полное название комитета. Редакция журнала «Травматология и ортопедия России» оставляет за собой право потребовать от авторов предоставить копию этого документа. Пациенты имеют право на защиту информации личного характера, которая не может быть раскрыта без информированного согласия. Персональная информация, включающая имена, инициалы или номера историй болезни, не должна публиковаться ни в письменном виде, ни в виде фотографий или родословных, если только она не является необходимой для научных целей, и пациент (родитель или опекун) не предоставил письменное информированное согласие на подобную публикацию. При получении информированного согласия пациенту необходимо показать рукопись, которая будет публиковаться. Авторы должны сообщить пациенту, будут ли его персональные сведения доступны в Интернете или в печатных изданиях после публикации рукописи. С учётом соответствующих требований и законодательства письменное согласие пациента должно храниться у авторов. Автор должен предоставить журналу письменное заявление о получении и архивировании письменного согласия пациента. Несущественные персональные сведения следует опускать. В случаях каких-либо сомнений в сохранении анонимности пациентов необходимо получать их информированное согласие. В частности, для обеспечения анонимности недостаточно замаскировать на фотографии область глаз пациента. При сокрытии идентифицирующих признаков авторы должны гарантировать, что такие изменения не искажают научное значение представляемых результатов.
При описании экспериментов на животных авторы должны указать, действовали ли они в соответствии с локальными и национальными стандартами по использованию и обращению с лабораторными животными. Дальнейшие указания в отношении этических норм, касающихся животных, представлены в консенсусном руководстве по вопросам этики и благополучия животных, разработанном Международной ассоциацией редакторов ветеринарных журналов.
При исследовании лекарственных средств необходимо указывать международное непатентованное название. Использовать торговое название можно только в разделе "Материал и методы".
Статистический анализ. Обязательно следует описать используемые статистические методы. Желательно представить количественную оценку данных и указать соответствующие параметры, отражающие ошибку измерения либо вероятностный характер результатов (например, доверительные интервалы). Не следует полагаться только на проверку статистической гипотезы, например, определение значений Р, поскольку можно ошибиться в подаче важной информации о величине эффекта. Если для обработки данных применяется пакет статистических программ, следует указывать его название и версию.
Материал раздела «Результатыисследования» следует излагать в логической последовательности. Графики следует использовать как альтернативу чрезмерно объемным таблицам, но при этом не должно быть дублирования данных в графиках, таблицах и тексте. При обобщении данных следует представлять числовые результаты не только в виде производных (например, процентов), но и в виде абсолютных значений, на основании которых были рассчитаны эти производные. Вместо формулировок p <0,05; р >0,05 или «различия не значимы» следует указывать абсолютное значение величины р с точностью до тысячных долей (например, р =0,023). Помимо достигнутого уровня значимости рекомендуется приводить фактические значения критериев и число степеней свободы. Следует помнить, что выявление статистически значимых различий еще не означает наличия достоверных или клинически важных различий, а также причинно-следственных связей.
В разделе «Обсуждение», который является обязательным для всех статей, проводятся детальный анализ и интеpпpетация полученных результатов и сопоставление их с данными отечественной и зарубежной литературы. Вместо перечисления предыдущих исследований следует объяснить, почему полученные результаты отличаются от результатов, полученных другими авторами, или совпадают с ними. Не следует дословно повторять фактические данные или другую информацию, представленную в разделах «Введение» или «Результаты». Акцентируйте внимание на новых и важных аспектах исследования и выводах, следующих из них, в контексте современной доказательной базы. Следует критически описать имеющиеся ограничения и недостатки данного исследования, особенно если они оказали существенное влияние на полученные результаты или их интерпретацию, а также преимущества проведенного исследования по сравнению с аналогичными исследованиями других авторов. Укажите возможность применения полученных результатов в будущих исследованиях и клинической практике.
Краткое заключение должно соответствовать целям исследования. Следует избегать повторения результатов, избегать неквалифицированных заявлений и выводов, не подтвержденных фактами.
Список литературы. Количество источников в списке для оригинальных статей должно составлять не менее 30 и не более 60 наименований. Не менее 25% должны составлять статьи из отечественных изданий за последние 5 лет (за исключением случаев, когда публикации по данной теме отсутствуют).
Допускается не более 10% ссылок на собственные работы автора (самоцитирование автора) и не более 10% ссылок на публикации в журнале "Травматология и ортопедия России" (самоцитирование журнала). Цитирование собственных публикаций допускается лишь в тех случаях, когда новая работа является продолжением предыдущего исследования.
Требования к оформлению статей в раздел "Случаи из практики"
В этой рубрике журнала публикуются описания редких клинических наблюдений.
Рукопись должна соответствовать одному из следующих критериев:
неизвестное ранее или необычное проявление заболевания, необычный вариант его течения;
особенности диагностики или уникальные методы лечения;
не описанная ранее взаимосвязь между заболеваниями или симптомами;
необычное побочное действие лекарственных средств.
Структура статьи: краткое введение с обоснованием уникальности наблюдения; описание клинического наблюдения в соответствии с чек-листом CARE, раздел "Обсуждение", основной целью которого является является объяснение того, почему были приняты такие решения и какие уроки можно извлечь из этого опыта. желательно сравнить использованные авторами методы/лекарственные препараты с описанными в литературе аналогичными клиническими наблюдениями.
Обязательно предоставление копии информированного согласия пациента или его представителей на публикацию данного клинического наблюдения. Объем рукописи не должен превышать 3500 слов, число источников в списке литературы - от 15 до 30. Количество авторов - не более 6.
Требования к оформлению статей в раздел "Новые технологии в травматологии и ортопедии"
В этом разделе публикуются статьи, описывающие новые, ранее не опубликованные методы диагностики и лечения травм и ортопедических заболеваний, а также новые устройства. Объем статей в этом разделе не должен превышать 12 страниц, число рисунков - не более 6. Количество авторов - не более 6. Среди аффилированных организаций могут быть лишь те, в которых была разработана и/или апробирована описанная технология.
Структура : 1) введение - обоснование необходимости разработки представляемого нового метода; 2) описание метода/устройства; 3) обсуждение - сравнение с аналогичными методами/устройствами, описанными в литературе; 4) заключение - значение предлагаемого метода/устройства для клинического применения.
Требования к оформлению ОБЗОРОВ ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
Обзоры литературы должны носить аналитический характер, отражать наиболее актуальные проблемы специальности, представляющие интерес для широкой читательской аудитории и основываться на анализе научной литературы за последние 5-10 лет.
Нельзя делать ссылки на диссертации и авторефераты диссертаций, являющиеся неопубликованными материалами, на учебную и методическую литературу. Ссылки на монографии допустимы при условии указания конкретных глав или страниц. Ссылки на материалы конференций и симпозиумов могут использоваться, если они доступны в открытом доступе в Интернете, с указанием URL адреса страницы.
Объем обзорных статей не должен превышать 5500 слов, количество литературных источников – не более 100 наименований.
Требования к оформлению статей в раздел "Лекции"
Лекции предназначены для врачей практического здравоохранения, поэтому их тематика должна быть интересна широкому кругу читателей. Количество авторов не должно быть больше одного-двух. Объем рукописей не должен превышать 25 страниц, число источников в списке литературы не более 50.
В этом разделе публикуются кpитичеcкие замечания по поводу напечатанныx pанее в жуpнале статей, а также ответные pеплики затpонутыx в публикацияx cтоpон (объем – до 4 cтpаниц).
РИСУНКИ
Иллюстрации следует вставить в текст статьи для облегчения редактирования и рецензирования, а также представить отдельными файлами в формате TIFF или JPEG с реальным разрешением 300–600 dpi.
Иллюстрации можно загружать в качестве дополнительных файлов при подаче статьи через личный кабинет на сайте журнала или отправлять их по электронной почтеjournal@rniito.org. Файлам изображений следует присвоить название, соответствующее номеру рисунка в тексте.
Иллюстрации должны быть четкими и контрастными, их общее количество не должно превышать 12 (учитываются все рентгенограммы, фотографии в сгруппированных иллюстрациях). Не надо объединять отдельные изображения в коллажи, каждое следует загружать отдельным файлом.
Все рисунки (фотографии, рентгенограммы, графики, диаграммы, схемы) должны иметь последовательную нумерацию, а нумерация цифровых файлов должна соответствовать их номеру в тексте статьи. Не допускается тройная нумерация, например рис. 1 а-1, 2 б-2 и т.д.
Диаграммы и графики следует представлять в файлах Excel.
На каждый рисунок в тексте статьи обязательно должна быть ссылка. Символы, стрелки или буквы, используемые на фотографиях, должны контрастировать с фоном. Подписи к иллюстрациям располагаются непосредственно под рисунком. Все обозначения и надписи на рисунках (в т.ч. графиках и диаграммах) следует делать буквами латинского алфавита. Подрисуночные подписи надопредставлять на русском и английском языках. В подписях к микрофотографиям обязательно следует указывать метод окраски и увеличение (например, окраска гематоксилином и эозином; × 200).
Заимствовать иллюстрации без разрешения правообладателя можно только том случае, если это статья открытого доступа, распространяемая в соответствии с условиями лицензии Creative Commons CC BY, которая разрешает неограниченное использование, распространение и воспроизведение при условии правильного цитирования оригинальной работы. В остальных случаях необходимо предоставить письменное разрешение от правообладателя на репродукцию.
ТАБЛИЦЫ
Допускается размещение в тексте статьи не более 6 таблиц. Включение данных в таблицы вместо текста позволяет уменьшить объем рукописи. Таблицы необходимо последовательно пронумеровать в порядке их первого упоминания в тексте, каждая таблица должна иметь название и ссылку на нее в тексте. Следует уточнить, какие параметры статистической вариабельности оценивались, например, стандартное отклонение или стандартная ошибка среднего. Не следует дублировать данные, содержащиеся в таблице, в тексте статьи, в графиках или диаграммах.
СПИСОК ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ
В журнале используется Ванкуверский формат цитирования, который подразумевает ссылку на источник литературы в квадратных скобках и последующее упоминание источников в списке литературы в порядке упоминания в тексте.
В список литературы включаются только рецензируемые источники (статьи из научных журналов и главы из монографий с указанием конкретных страниц). Не рекомендуется включать в список литературы патенты, учебники, учебные пособия, ГОСТы, статистические отчеты, статьи в общественно-политических газетах, на сайтах и в блогах. Если необходимо сослаться на такую информацию, следует поместить информацию об источнике в сноску. Вместо ссылок на диссертации или авторефераты диссертаций следует ссылаться на опубликованные статьи этого автора. Ссылки на принятые к публикации, но еще не опубликованные статьи должны быть помечены словами «в печати». Авторы должны получить письменное разрешение для ссылки на такие документы и подтверждение того, что они приняты к печати.
В описании источника должны быть представлены не менее 6 первых авторов.
При описании русскоязычных источников литературы необходимо дополнительно указывать информацию для цитирования на латинице:
фамилии и инициалы авторов надо транслитерировать в стандарте BSI. На сайте http://www.translit.ru/ можно бесплатно воспользоваться программой транслитерации русского текста в латиницу.
перевод названий статьи и журнала надо взять на сайте этого журнала или в базе eLIBRARY.
После описания русскоязычного источника в конце ссылки ставится указание на язык работы: (In Russ.).

ВЗАИМОДЕЙСТВИЕ МЕЖДУ ЖУРНАЛОМ И АВТОРОМ
Редакция журнала ведет переписку с автором, ответственным за связь с редакцией, однако при желании коллектива авторов письма могут направляться всем авторам, для которых указан адрес электронной почты.
Все поступающие в журнал «Травматология и ортопедия России» статьи проходят предварительную проверку ответственным секретарем журнала на соответствие формальным требованиям. На этом этапе статья может быть возвращена авторам на доработку с просьбой устранить ошибки или добавить недостающие данные. Также на этом этапе статья может быть отклонена из-за несоответствия ее целям журнала, отсутствия оригинальности или научной значимости.
После предварительной проверки ответственный секретарь передает статью эксперту по биомедицинской статистике для проверки корректности выполненного статистического анализа.
В случае положительного ответа статья отправляется через электронную редакцию не менее, чем двум научным рецензентам с указанием сроков рецензирования. Автору отправляется соответствующее уведомление. В спорных случаях редактор может назначить дополнительное рецензирование. Однако окончательное решение принимает главный редактор.
Если принято решение о принятии статьи к публикации, редакция уведомляет авторов о сроках публикации.
При принятии решения о доработке статьи рецензии и комментарии рецензентов отправляются авторам. При доработке рукописи просим все внесенные изменения/дополнения в тексте выделять цветом. На доработку статьи дается 3 месяца. Если в течение этого срока авторы не представили исправленный вариант статьи и не уведомили редакцию о планируемых действиях, статья снимается с регистрации и передается в архив.
При принятии решения об отказе в публикации статьи автору отправляется соответствующее решение редакции и текст рецензий.
Ответственному (контактному) автору принятой к публикации статьи направляется финальная версия верстки, которую он обязан проверить. Ответ ожидается от авторов в течение 3 суток. При отсутствии реакции со стороны автора верстка статьи считается утвержденной.
Порядок пересмотра решений редактора/рецензента
Если автор не согласен с заключением рецензента и/или редактора или отдельными замечаниями, он может оспорить принятое решение. Для этого автору необходимо аргументированно в письменной форме изложить свою позицию по рассматриваемому вопросу. Редакторы содействуют повторной подаче рукописей, которые потенциально могли бы быть приняты, однако были отклонены из-за необходимости внесения существенных изменений или сбора дополнительных данных, и готовы подробно объяснить, что требуется исправить в рукописи для того, чтобы она была принята к публикации.
Действия редакции в случае обнаружения плагиата, фабрикации или фальсификации данных
В случае обнаружения недобросовестного поведения со стороны автора, плагиата, фабрикации или фальсификации данных редакция руководствуется правилами COPE. Под «недобросовестным поведением» журнал понимает любые действия ученого, включающие ненадлежащее обращение с объектами изучения или намеренное манипулирование научной информацией, при котором она перестает отражать наблюдаемые исследования, а также поведение ученого, которое не соответствует принятым этическим и научным стандартам.
К «недобросовестному поведению» журнал «Травматология и ортопедия России» не относит честные ошибки или честные расхождения в плане, проведении, интерпретации или оценке исследовательских методов или результатов, или недобросовестное поведение, не связанное с научным процессом.
Исправление ошибок и отзыв статьи
В случае обнаружения в тексте статьи ошибок, влияющих на ее восприятие, но не искажающих изложенные результаты исследования, они могут быть исправлены путем замены pdf-файла статьи и указанием на ошибку в самом файле статьи и на странице статьи на сайте журнала.
В случае обнаружения в тексте статьи ошибок, искажающих результаты исследования, либо в случае плагиата, обнаружения недобросовестного поведения автора (авторов), связанного с фальсификацией и/или фабрикацией данных, статья может быть отозвана. Инициатором отзыва статьи может быть редакция, автор, организация, частное лицо. Отозванная статья помечается знаком «Статья ретрагирована», на странице статьи размещается информация о причине отзыва статьи. Информация об отзыве статьи направляется в базы данных, в которых индексируется журнал.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:
Authors retain copyright and grant the journal exclusive license to first publication.
Authors are able to distribute the manuscript and/or the article in accordance with Self-Archiving policy of the journal (see details).
The manuscript can be accepted for publication only by decision of the Editor-in-Chief and the Editorial board of the journal in accordance with the Manuscript stelection policy of the journal (see details).
Published Article will be distributed in print and electronic version an will be available under subscription with Delayed Open Access or in Immediate Open Access under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). Author’s license agreement (public offer) on the publication of an article in a scholarly journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia”
Eco-Vector, represented by its CEO Evgeniy Schepin and acting on the basis of the Charter (hereinafter referred to as the Publisher), on the one hand, offers an indefinite circle of persons (hereinafter referred to as the Author), and on the other hand, hereinafter jointly referred to as the Parties, to execute this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) on the publication of scientific article (hereinafter referred to as the Article) in a scholarly journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia” (further-the Journal) in accordance with the conditions stated below.
I. General Provisions
This Agreement, in accordance with clause 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, is a public offer (hereinafter referred to as the Offer) requiring full and unconditional acceptance (Acceptance), which, in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, means the sending by the Author of his/her materials by way of uploading the same to the online electronic system designed to accept manuscripts for consideration, and subsequently posted in the corresponding section of the Journal’s website on the Internet information and telecommunications network (hereinafter referred to as the Internet).
In accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the observance of copyright on electronic information resources, all materials found in a website, including submitted and published in electronic journals, may not be reproduced in whole or in part in any form (electronic or printed) without the prior written permission of the Publisher. Prior permission can be given by publishing an article in the open access with Creative Commons license. The journal requires license users to reference the original source, i.e., the publication, if the Author permits use of the public materials in the context of other documents.
II. Terms used in the Agreement
“Author” refers to an individual (or individuals) whose creative work has led to the creation of the manuscript of a scientific Article, or to a representative of these persons.
“Manuscript” is the result of intellectual activity in the form of a scientific work containing text, graphic and numerical data, audiovisual information, program code and other elements submitted by the Author for publication in the Journal; it is also the mean “a draft of an Article submitted by the Author to be published in the Journal”.
“Offer” is the current agreement (an offer to the author for the publication of an Article in the Journal).
“Publication” is the process of placement of an Article in the Journal.
“Article” is the manuscript that has been published in the Journal (after successful selection, editing, type-setting, copyediting, proofreading, translation).
“Acceptance of the offer” refers to the full and unconditional acceptance of the offer on the terms specified in paragraph 3 of this agreement (the Author accepts offer by submitting a Manuscript to the Publisher via the online electronic submission system on the Journal’s Internet website).
“Journal” is a scientific peer-reviewed periodical registered as a mass media entity in the Roskomnadzor register of the Russian Federation and ISSN-center.
“Submission” is an electronic appeal of the Author to the Publisher for the publication of an Article in the Journal by uploading the manuscript and accompanying materials to the online electronic submission system on the Journal’s Internet website).
“Publisher” refers to Eco-Vector, which is the Publisher of the journal.
Article metadata includes the information that are intended for inclusion in International Scientific Databases and search engines, namely the following:
title of the Article;
information about each of the Authors (surname and first name; patronymic; place of work with the postal address indicated, contact information (e-mail));
abstract;
keywords;
thematic rubricator: UDC (Universal Decimal Classification) or other library and bibliographic classification and subject indexes;
list of references.
“Editorial board” is the creative team that prepares the journal for publication.
“Parties” refers to the Author and the Publisher.
“Author Guidelines” are the requirements for Articles published in the Journal, posted in the “For authors” section of the Journal’s Internet website.
III. Subject of the Agreement (Offer)
Under this agreement, the Author grants the Publisher, free of charge for the entire period of validity in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, an exclusive license to use the Article created by the former for publication in the Journal, as well as the rights to use the article in the following ways:
Reproduction of the Article or its sections or parts, as well as the metadata of the Article in any languages, in any material form, including on paper and electronic media, as a separate work in Journals and/or databases (local or in the Internet) of the Publisher and/or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher;
Distribution of the Article or its sections or parts, as well as the metadata of the Article in any languages, on any medium as part of the Journal and/or databases of the Publisher or other persons, at the discretion of the Publisher, or as an independent work around the world whether on Open-Access terms or for a fee without remuneration to the Author;
Making the Article or any of its sections or parts, as well as the Article’s metadata in any languages, publicly available in such a way that any person can access the Article from any place, including via the Internet, and at any time of their own choosing;
Granting permission/s for the use of the Article or its sections or parts, as well as its metadata in any languages, to third parties with notice to the Author made by posting relevant information on the Journal’s website, without paying remuneration to the Author;
Processing the Article (i.e., editing, correcting, annotating, tagging, translating to any languages, typesetting) and using the revised (translated) Article in the aforementioned ways.
Other rights not directly transferred to the Publisher under this Agreement, including patent rights to any process, method etc., described by the Author in the Article, as well as trademark rights, are reserved for the Author.
The territory where the rights to the Article are allowed to be used is the whole world.
The validity of this Agreement commences only if the manuscript of the Article is accepted for publication in the Journal and only from the moment of sending a notification of acceptance of the Article for publication to the Author from the official e-mail of the Journal.
The rights are granted by the Author to the Publisher free of charge; the publication of the Article in the Journal does not entail any financial deductions to the Author.
If the Publisher decides to reject the Submission or refuse to publish the Article in the Journal (i.e., retraction of the published Article), this Agreement becomes invalid. The decision to refuse publication will be sent to the Author at the e-mail address specified in the Submission.
IV. Rights and Duties of the Parties
The Author guarantees that:
s/he holds the copyright the exclusive rights to the materials submitted to the Publisher as part of the manuscript of the Article;
the rights granted to the Publisher under this agreement have not been previously transferred and will not be transferred to third parties in the future during the duration of the Agreement;
the manuscript contains all references to the cited authors and/or publications (materials) provided for under the current copyright legislation;
the Author has obtained all the necessary permissions for all information and other materials s/he holds no copyright to and that are used in the manuscript of the Article;
the Article manuscript contains only materials permitted to be published in the open press in accordance with the current legislative acts of the Russian Federation, and its publication and distribution will not lead to the disclosure of secret (confidential) information (including state secrets);
the Author has informed co-authors about the terms of this Agreement and has received their consent to execute this Agreement under the terms provided for in the Agreement.
The Author carries certain obligations under the terms of the Agreement:
s/he should prepare and submit the manuscript of the Article in accordance with the Author Guidelines posted on the Journal’s website;
the Author should not use an electronic copy of the Article for commercial purposes and in other journal publications without the consent of the Publisher;
in the process of preparing a manuscript for publication, the Author is obligated to undertake the following:
make corrections to the text of the manuscript that have been marked by the peer-reviewers and accepted by the editorial board, and/or as necessary, upon the request of the Publisher and the editorial board, finalize the manuscript of the Article;
revising and proofreading the manuscript of the Article in accordance with the editorial recommendations;
suggest only the minimum of corrections to the type-setted (layout) Article.
The Author has the following rights and duties:
Use preprint or prior-to publication versions of an unpublished Article in the form and content accepted by the Publisher for publication in the Journal. Such prior-to-publish versions can be placed as electronic files on the personal websites of the Author (co-authors) or on the protected external websites of the employers of the Author; however, the Author cannot use the unpublished version(s) for commercial sale or for systematic external distribution by a third party (i.e., post on social media). The author or co-authors must, in turn, carry out certain duties, namely:
Copy or transfer a copy of the published Article in whole or in part to colleagues free of charge for their personal or professional use, for the promotion of academic or scientific research, or for informational purposes of the Author’s employer.
Use materials from a published Article in a book written by one of the co-authors.
Use figures, tables and text excerpts from the Article for his or her (or co-authors’) own training purposes, or to include them in other published works in printed or electronic format by a third party, or to submit them in electronic format on an internal computer network, or on the public website of the Author (co-authors) or his/her employer.
Include the Article in educational collections for use in the classroom, either for free distribution to the Author’s (co-authors’) students or in electronic format on a local server for access by students as part of the training course, as well as for internal training programs at the institution of the Author’s employer.
The Publisher, for its part, is obliged to:
publish the Author’s article in the Journal in printed and electronic form in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
if necessary, as so decided by the Journal’s editorial board, provide the Author with the proofreading of the manuscript and make a reasonable editing;
provide to the Author the unlimited access to the final electronic version of the published Article (Version of Record) through the online electronic submission system on the Journal’s Internet website;
comply with the Author’s rights as provided for by the current legislation, as well as protect them and take all necessary measures to prevent copyright infringement by third parties.
The Publisher has a right to:
conduct an expert evaluation of the manuscript (peer-reviewing and editorial evaluation) and invite the Author to make the necessary changes (revisions) to the manuscript;
provide editing, copyediting, type-setting, proofreading, tagging, indexation and translation of the Article’s manuscript without altering the main content;
in any subsequent authorized use by the Author (and/or other persons) of the Journal and/or Article (including any separate part or fragment thereof), require that a link to the Journal, Publisher, Author or other copyright holders, the title of the Article, the Journal’s volume/issue, and the year of publication be specified in the Journal;
post preliminary and/or advertising information about the upcoming publication of the Article in the media and other information sources;
make changes to the offer in accordance with the procedure established by the offer.
The editorial board of the Journal, headed by the editor-in-chief, has the exclusive rights to select and/or reject materials sent to the Journal editorial office for publications purposes. The manuscript sent by the Author to the Journal editorial office is not subject to return. The editorial board of the Journal does not enter into correspondence about rejection of submissions.
In all cases not stipulated and not provided for in this agreement, the parties are obliged to be guided by the relevant current laws of the Russian Federation.
V. Acceptance of the Offer and Execution of the Agreement. Terms of the Agreement
The Author accepts the Offer by submitting the manuscript on the Article to the Publisher through the electronic manuscript submission system on the Journal\'s Internet website.
Acceptance of the offer by the author creates an Agreement in writing (Articles 438 and 1286.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) on the terms of the offer.
This Agreement is valid for the duration of the exclusive rights to the Article.
When transferring (alienating) the exclusive right to the Article by the Author to a third party, this Agreement does not terminate.
VI. Procedure for changing and terminating the Agreement
The Publisher has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement, in advance, at least 10 (ten) calendar days before the entry into force of the intended relevant changes, but with notice to the Author through the Journal’s website or by e-mail to the Author’s e-mail address specified in the Author’s Submission. The changes will take effect from the date specified in the relevant notification.
If the Author rejects the changes to the terms of this Agreement, s/he has the right to notify the Publisher by sending a written notification through the online manuscripts submission system, making sure that the same is sent to the official e-mail address of the editorial office.
This Agreement may be terminated prematurely, either by agreement of the parties at any time, or on other grounds provided for in this Agreement.
The Author has the right to unilaterally withdraw from the execution of this Agreement by sending the Publisher a corresponding notification in writing at least 60 (sixty) calendar days in advance before the expected date of publication of the Article in the Journal.
Termination of the Agreement for any reason does not release the parties from liability for any violation of the terms of the Agreement that occurred during the validity period.
VII. Responsibility
The parties are responsible for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Agreement in accordance with the current relevant legislation of the Russian Federation.
All information provided by the Author must be reliable. The Author is expected to provide accurate and complete the information to the Publisher. When using false information received from the Author, the Publisher is not responsible for the negative consequences caused by his actions on the basis of the false information provided.
With regard to the content of the Article, the Author is solely responsible for compliance with the requirements of the laws of the Russian Federation pertaining to advertising, copyright and related rights’ protection, protection of trademarks and service marks, and the protection of consumer rights.
The Publisher does not bear any responsibility under the agreement:
for any actions that are a direct or indirect result of Author’s illegal actions;
for any loss incurred by the Author, regardless of whether the Publisher could have foreseen the possibility of such losses or not.
The Publisher is released from liability for violation of the terms of the Agreement if such violation is caused by force majeure, including actions of state authorities (including the adoption of legal acts), fire, flood, earthquake, other natural disasters, lack of electricity and/or computer network failures, strikes, civil unrest, riots, etc.
VIII. Dispute resolution
Disputes and disagreements will be resolved by the parties through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach an Agreement they will strive to seek resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
If there are unresolved disagreements, the parties agree to resolve the disputes in court at the jurisdiction covered by the Publisher’s location in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
IX. Miscellaneous
All notifications, messages, requests, etc. (with the exception of documents that must be sent as originals in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation) are considered received by the Author if they were transmitted (sent) by the Publisher through the Journal’s website (including by publication), fax, e-mail based on the address specified in the Submission, and other communication channels. The parties recognize the legal force of notifications, messages, requests, etc., transmitted (sent) by the above methods.
In the event of claims against the Publisher related to the violation of the exclusive copyright and other intellectual property rights of third parties when creating an article or in connection with the execution of this Agreement by the Author, as well as in connection with the use of the Article by the Publisher in accordance with the Agreement, the author undertakes:
To immediately take measures to resolve disputes with third parties soon after receiving Publisher’s notification, and if necessary, enter into legal proceedings on the Publisher’s side and take all appropriate actions needed to exclude the Publisher from the list of defendants;
To reimburse the publisher for the legal costs incurred and expenses and losses caused by the application of measures to secure the claim and execute a court decision, and the money paid to a third party for the violation of exclusive copyright and other intellectual property rights, as well as other losses incurred by the Publisher in connection with the Author’s non-compliance with the guarantees provided by them under this Agreement.

авторы сохраняют за собой авторские права на произведение и предоставляют издателю исключительную лицензию на публикацию и распространение произведения;
авторы сохраняют за собой право на распространение произведения в соответствии с условиями политики самоархивирования, принятой в журнале (см. подробнее);
направляемая авторами в редакцию рукопись будет принята к публикации только по решению редакционной коллегии и главного редактора — в соответствии с правилами отбора контента в данном журнале (см. подробнее);
опубликованное в журнале произведение будет распространяться в печатном и электронном виде по подписке или на условиях открытого доступа по лицензии Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) — по решению издателя или в соответствии с отдельным договором издателя с авторским коллективом.
Передаваемая авторами исключительная лицензия позволяет издателю использовать произведение следующими способами:

доведение статьи или отдельной ее части, а также метаданных статьи на русском и иностранных языках до всеобщего сведения таким образом, что любое лицо может получить доступ к статье из любого места и в любое время по собственному выбору (в том числе через Интернет);
выдача разрешения/ий на использование статьи или ее отдельных частей, а также метаданных статьи на русском и иностранных языках третьим лицам с уведомлением автора об этом путем размещения соответствующей информации на сайте журнала без выплаты вознаграждения автору;
переработка, в том числе перевод статьи на иностранные языки, и использование переработанной (переведенной) статьи вышеуказанными способами;
Иные права, прямо не переданные издателю авторами, включая патентные права на любые процессы, способы или методы и прочее, описанные авторами в статье, а также права на товарные знаки, сохраняются за авторами.
Авторское соглашение (публичная оферта) о публикации статьи в научном журнале «Травматология и ортопедия России»
ООО «Эко-Вектор» в лице генерального директора Щепина Евгения Валентиновича, действующего на основании Устава (далее — Издатель), с одной стороны, предлагает неопределенному кругу лиц (далее — Автор), с другой стороны, далее совместно именуемым Стороны, заключить настоящее соглашение (далее — Соглашение) о публикации результатов интеллектуальной деятельности в форме научного произведения (далее – Статья) в журнале «Травматология и ортопедия России» (далее — Журнал) на нижеуказанных условиях.
I. Общие положения
Настоящее Соглашение, в соответствии с п. 2 ст. 437 Гражданского кодекса РФ, является публичной офертой (далее — Оферта), полным и безоговорочным принятием (акцептом), которой, в соответствии со ст. 438 Гражданского кодекса РФ, считается отправка Автором своего произведения путем загрузки его в сетевую электронную систему подачи рукописей, размещенную в соответствующем разделе сайта Журнала в информационно-телекоммуникационной сети «Интернет» (далее — Интернет).
В соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ в части соблюдения авторского права на электронные информационные ресурсы, материалы сайта, электронного журнала не могут быть воспроизведены полностью или частично в любой форме (электронной или печатной) без предварительного письменного согласия Автора и редакции Журнала, (которое, при опубликовании Статьи в открытом доступе, может быть выражено путем размещения соответствующего разрешения — открытой лицензии Creative Commons — в соответствующем разделе сайта Журнала (по месту размещения публикуемых материалов) в сети Интернет). При разрешенном использовании опубликованного произведения в контексте других документов обязательна ссылка на первоисточник.
II. Термины, используемые в Соглашении
Автор – физическое лицо (лица), творческим трудом которого создана Рукопись научной статьи или представитель авторского коллектива, уполномоченный представлять его интересы.
Рукопись статьи — результат интеллектуальной деятельности в форме научного произведения, содержащего текст, графические и числовые данные, аудиовизуальную информацию, программный код и иные элементы, представленный Автором для публикации в Журнале.
Акцепт Оферты – полное и безоговорочное принятие Оферты на условиях, указанных в пункте 3 Соглашения (автор проводит акцепт Оферты путем отправки Заявки Издателю – загрузки Рукописи статьи, дополнительных файлов и сопроводительных материалов в сетевую электронную систему подачи рукописей, размещенную в соответствующем разделе сайта Журнала в сети Интернет).
Журнал – научный рецензируемый журнал, зарегистрированный как средство массовой информации в реестре Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере связи, информационных технологий и массовых коммуникаций (Роскомнадзора).
Заявка – электронное обращение Автора к Издателю на публикацию Статьи в Журнале посредством загрузки Рукописи статьи, дополнительных файлов и сопроводительных материалов в сетевую электронную систему подачи рукописей, размещенную в соответствующем разделе сайта Журнала в сети Интернет).
Издатель – ООО "Эко-Вектор", являющееся учредителем и издателем Журнала.
Метаданные Статьи – информация о Рукописи статьи и/или Статье, предназначенная для включения в Международные Научные Базы Данных (МНБД), а именно:
название статьи;
сведения об авторах (фамилия, имя, отчество автора (авторов) полностью, место работы каждого автора с указанием почтового адреса, контактная информация (email), идентификаторы МНБД для каждого автора;
аннотация;
ключевые слова;
тематический рубрикатор: УДК либо другие библиотечно-библиографические классификационные и предметные индексы;
библиографический список (список ссылок).
Оферта – настоящий документ (предложение Автору подать Заявку и опубликовать Статью путем размещения ее на сайте Журнала в сети Интернет).
Публикация – размещение Статьи в Журнале.
Статья – Рукопись статьи, прошедшая процесс рецензирования и редакционно-издательской обработки.
Редакция Журнала – творческий коллектив, осуществляющий подготовку Журнала к выпуску.
Стороны – Автор и Издатель.
Требования к рукописям – требования к публикуемым в Журнале материалам (их оформлению, структуре, содержанию, оригинальности, этичности), размещенные в разделе «Авторам» сайта Журнала в сети Интернет.
III. Предмет Соглашения (Оферты)
По настоящему соглашению Автор предоставляет Издателю на безвозмездной основе на весь срок действия исключительных прав, предусмотренный законодательством РФ, исключительную лицензию на использование созданной Автором Статьи для опубликования в Журнале, а также права на использование Статьи, следующими способами:
воспроизведение Статьи или ее отдельной части, а также метаданных Статьи на русском и иностранных языках в любой материальной форме, в том числе на бумажном и электронном носителе в виде отдельного произведения в журналах и/или базах данных (локальных или в сети Интернет) Издателя и/или иных лиц, по усмотрению Издателя;
распространение Статьи или ее отдельной части, а также метаданных статьи на русском и иностранных языках на любом носителе в составе Журнала и/или базах данных Издателя или иных лиц, по усмотрению Издателя, или в виде самостоятельного произведения по всему миру на условиях открытого доступа или за плату без выплаты вознаграждения Автору;
доведение Статьи или отдельной ее части, а также метаданных статьи на русском и иностранных языках до всеобщего сведения таким образом, что любое лицо может получить доступ к Статье из любого места и в любое время по собственному выбору (в том числе через Интернет);
выдача разрешения/ий на использование Статьи или ее отдельных частей, а также метаданных статьи на русском и иностранных языках третьим лицам с уведомлением Автора об этом путем размещения соответствующей информации на сайте Журнала без выплаты вознаграждения Автору;
переработка, в том числе перевод Статьи на иностранные языки, и использование переработанной (переведенной) Статьи вышеуказанными способами;
иные права, прямо не переданные Издателю по настоящему Соглашению, включая патентные права на любые процессы, способы или методы и прочее, описанные Автором в Статье, а также права на товарные знаки, сохраняются за Автором.
Территория, на которой допускается использование прав на Статью – весь мир.
Действие условий настоящего Соглашения, обязывающих Издателя опубликовать Статью, а также предоставляющих Издателю и Автору право использовать Статью в пределах, установленных Соглашением, возникает только в случае принятия Статьи к публикации в Журнале. Моментом принятия Статьи к публикации в Журнале является момент отправки уведомления о принятии Статьи к публикации Автору с официальной электронной почты Журнала.
Права предоставляются Автором Издателю безвозмездно, и публикация Статьи в Журнале не влечет никаких финансовых отчислений Автору.
В случае принятия Редакцией Журнала решения об отклонении Заявки, отказе в опубликовании Статьи в Журнале, снятии Статьи с публикации (ретракции) настоящее Соглашение утрачивает силу. Решение об отказе в опубликовании направляется Автору по адресу электронной почты, указанной в Заявке.
IV. Права и обязанности Сторон
Автор гарантирует:
что он является законным обладателем/распорядителем прав на переданные в составе Рукописи статьи материалы;
что права, предоставленные Издателю по настоящему Соглашению, не передавались ранее и не будут передаваться третьим лицам;
что Рукопись статьи содержит все предусмотренные действующим законодательством об авторском праве ссылки на цитируемых авторов и/или произведения (материалы);
что Автором получены все необходимые разрешения на используемые в Рукописи статьи результаты, факты и иные заимствованные материалы, правообладателем/распорядителем которых Автор не является;
что Рукопись статьи не содержит материалы, не подлежащие опубликованию в открытой печати в соответствии с действующими законодательными актами РФ, и ее опубликование и распространение не приведут к разглашению секретной (конфиденциальной) информации (включая государственную тайну);
что Автор проинформировал других соавторов относительно условий этого Соглашения и получил согласие всех соавторов на заключение настоящего Соглашения на условиях, предусмотренных Соглашением.
Автор обязуется:
вносить в Рукопись статьи изменения в соответствии с «Правилами для авторов», указанным на сайте Журнала, и рекомендациями редакции;
не использовать в коммерческих целях и в других изданиях без согласия Издателя электронную копию Статьи, подготовленную Издателем;
В процессе подготовки Рукописи статьи к публикации Автор обязуется:
вносить в текст Рукописи статьи исправления, рекомендованные рецензентами и принятые Редакцией Журнала, и/или, при необходимости, по требованию Издателя и Редакции доработать Рукопись статьи;
своевременно (в указанные Редакцией сроки) осуществлять проверку и согласование внесенной в Рукопись статьи редакторской правки (в том числе — отвечать на вопросы редакторов), и вычитку сверстанной Статьи (оригинал-макета в PDF);
на этапе вычитки сверстанной Статьи предлагать к внесению только тот минимум исправлений, который связан с необходимостью устранения допущенных фактических ошибок.
Автор имеет право:
пользоваться печатными или электронными допечатными версиями неопубликованной Статьи в форме и содержании, принятыми Издателем для публикации в Журнале. Такие допечатные версии могут быть размещены в виде электронных файлов на веб-сайтах Автора (соавторов) или на защищенных внешних веб-сайтах работодателей Автора Статьи, но не для коммерческих продаж или систематического внешнего распространения третьей стороной. При этом Автор (соавторы) должен:
безвозмездно копировать или передавать коллегам копию опубликованной Статьи целиком или частично для их личного или профессионального некоммерческого использования, для продвижения результатов академических или научных исследований или для информационных целей работодателя Автора.
использовать материалы из опубликованной Статьи в написанной кем-либо из соавторов книге или ином непериодическом научной или учебном издании.
использовать отдельные рисунки, таблицы и фрагменты текста из Статьи в собственных целях обучения или для включения их в другую работу, издаваемую (в печатном или электронном формате) третьей стороной, или для представления в электронном формате во внутренней компьютерной сети или на публичном веб-сайте Автора (соавторов) или его работодателя.
включать материалы Статьи в учебные сборники для безвозмездного распространения Статьи студентам Автора (соавторов) или сохранять Статью в электронном формате на локальном сервере для доступа студентов, как к части курса обучения, а также для внутренних обучающих программ в учреждении работодателя Автора.
Издатель обязуется:
опубликовать в печатной и электронной форме Статью Автора в Журнале в соответствии с условиями настоящего Соглашения;
по решению Редакции Журнала, в случае необходимости, предоставить Автору сверстанную Статью и внести обоснованную правку Автора;
предоставить Автору неограниченный по времени доступ к электронной версии опубликованной Статьи через личный кабинет Автора на сайте журнала со дня выхода соответствующего выпуска Журнала в свет;
соблюдать предусмотренные действующим законодательством права Автора, а также осуществлять их защиту и принимать все необходимые меры для предупреждения нарушения авторских прав третьими лицами.
Издатель имеет право:
проводить экспертизу Рукописи статьи и предлагать Автору внести необходимые изменения, до выполнения которых Статья не будет опубликована в Журнале;
осуществлять техническое и литературное редактирование Рукописи статьи, не изменяющее ее (основное содержание);
при любом последующем разрешенном использовании Автором (и/или иными лицами) Журнала и/или Статьи (в том числе любой ее отдельной части, фрагмента) требовать от указанных лиц указания ссылки на Журнал, Издателя, Автора или иных обладателей авторских прав, название Статьи, номер выпуска Журнала и год опубликования, указанные в Журнале;
размещать в СМИ и других информационных источниках предварительную и/или рекламную информацию о предстоящей публикации Статьи;
вносить изменения в Оферту в установленном Офертой порядке.
Редакции Журнала, возглавляемой главным редактором, принадлежат исключительные права отбора и/или отклонения материалов, публикуемых в Журнале. Рукопись статьи, направляемая Автором в Редакцию Журнала, возврату не подлежит. Редакция Журнала не вступает в переписку по вопросам отклонения Заявки.
Во всех случаях, не оговоренных и не предусмотренных в настоящем Соглашении, Стороны обязаны руководствоваться действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
V. Акцепт Оферты и заключение Соглашения. Срок действия Соглашения
Автор производит Акцепт Оферты посредством отправки Заявки Издателю через сетевую электронную систему подачи рукописей, размещенную в соответствующем разделе сайта Журнала в сети Интернет.
Акцепт Оферты Автором создает Соглашение, заключенное в письменной форме (статьи 438 и 1286.1 Гражданского Кодекса РФ) на условиях Оферты.
Настоящее Соглашение действует в течение всего срока действия исключительных прав на Статью.
При передаче (отчуждении) исключительного права на Статью Автором третьему лицу действие настоящего Соглашения не прекращается.
VI. Порядок изменения и расторжения Соглашения
Издатель вправе в одностороннем порядке изменять условия настоящего Соглашения, предварительно, не менее чем за 10 (десять) календарных дней до вступления в силу соответствующих изменений, известив об этом Автора через сайт Журнала или путем направления извещения посредством электронной почты на адрес электронной почты Автора, указанный в Заявке Автора. Изменения вступают в силу с даты, указанной в соответствующем извещении.
В случае несогласия Автора с изменениями условий настоящего Соглашения Автор вправе направить Издателю письменное уведомление об отказе от настоящего Соглашения путем загрузки уведомления в сетевую электронную систему подачи рукописей, размещенную в соответствующем разделе сайта Журнала в сети Интернет) или направления уведомления на официальный адрес электронной почты Редакции в сети Интернет)
Настоящее Соглашение может быть расторгнуто досрочно:
по соглашению Сторон в любое время;
по иным основаниям, предусмотренным настоящим Соглашением.
Автор вправе в одностороннем порядке отказаться от исполнения настоящего Соглашения, направив Издателю соответствующее уведомление в письменной форме не менее чем за 60 (шестьдесят) календарных дней до предполагаемой даты публикации Статьи Автора в Журнале.
Прекращение срока действия Соглашения по любому основанию не освобождает Стороны от ответственности за нарушения условий Соглашения, возникшие в течение срока его действия.
VII. Ответственность
За неисполнение или ненадлежащее исполнение своих обязательств по Соглашению Стороны несут ответственность в соответствии с действующим законодательством РФ.
Все сведения, предоставленные Автором, должны быть достоверными. Автор отвечает за достоверность и полноту передаваемых им Издателю сведений. При использовании недостоверных сведений, полученных от Автора, Издатель не несет ответственности за негативные последствия, вызванные его действиями на основании предоставленных недостоверных сведений.
В отношении содержания Статьи Автор самостоятельно несет всю ответственность за соблюдение требований законодательства РФ о рекламе, о защите авторских и смежных прав, об охране товарных знаков и знаков обслуживания, о защите прав потребителей.
Издатель не несет никакой ответственности по Соглашению:
за какие-либо действия, являющиеся прямым или косвенным результатом неправомерных действий Автора;
за какие-либо убытки Автора вне зависимости от того, мог ли Издатель предвидеть возможность таких убытков или нет.
Стороны освобождаются от ответственности за нарушение условий Соглашения, если такое нарушение вызвано действием обстоятельств непреодолимой силы (форс-мажор), включая действия органов государственной власти (в т.ч. принятие правовых актов), пожар, наводнение, землетрясение, другие стихийные бедствия, отсутствие электроэнергии и/или сбои работы компьютерной сети, забастовки, гражданские волнения, беспорядки, любые иные обстоятельства.
VIII. Порядок разрешения споров
Споры и разногласия будут решаться Сторонами путем переговоров, а в случае недостижения согласия – в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
При наличии неурегулированных разногласий Сторон споры разрешаются в суде по месту нахождения Издателя в соответствии с действующим законодательством Российской Федерации.
IX. Прочие условия
Любые уведомления, сообщения, запросы, и т.п. (за исключением документов, которые должны быть направлены в виде подлинных оригиналов в соответствии с законодательством РФ) считаются полученными Автором, если они были переданы (направлены) Издателем через сайт Журнала (в том числе путем публикации), по электронной почте и по другим каналам связи, указанным в Заявке. Стороны признают юридическую силу уведомлений, сообщений, запросов и т.п., переданных (направленных) указанными выше способами.
В случае предъявления к Издателю требований, связанных с нарушением исключительных авторских и иных прав интеллектуальной собственности третьих лиц при создании Статьи или в связи с заключением Автором настоящего Соглашения, а также в связи с использованием Издателем Статьи в соответствии с Соглашением, Автор обязуется:
немедленно, после получения уведомления Издателя, принять меры к урегулированию споров с третьими лицами, при необходимости вступить в судебный процесс на стороне Издателя и предпринять все зависящие от него действия с целью исключения Издателя из числа ответчиков;
возместить Издателю понесенные судебные расходы, расходы и убытки, вызванные применением мер обеспечения иска и исполнения судебного решения, и выплаченные третьему лицу суммы за нарушение исключительных авторских и иных прав интеллектуальной собственности, а также иные убытки, понесенные Издателем в связи с несоблюдением Автором гарантий, предоставленных ими по настоящему Соглашению

Reasons for rejection of manuscripts by the editor without transfer to reviewers:
the design of the manuscript does not meet the requirements of the journal;
the manuscript does not meet the criteria of any of the journal section;
the volume of the manuscript significantly exceeds the maximum allowable one;
the materials of the manuscript do not contain illustrative material, statistical analysis of the results obtained, or are presented in an exceptionally concise form, which does not allow assessing the quality of the presented material.

Responsibility and rights of authors
When submitting a manuscript to a journal, authors should ensure that:
all participants who have made a significant contribution to the study are presented as Co-Authors;
those who did not participate in the study are not listed as Co-Authors;
all Co-authors saw and approved the final version of the work and agreed to submit it for publication (this is confirmed by the signatures of all authors in the cover letter).
The author should not
hide any conflicts of interest that may affect the result and interpretation of the work (*);
publish the submitted manuscript in other publications and hide from the Editorial Office the transfer of the manuscript to another publication (**);
deviate or ignore the Journal\'s instructions for preparing and sending manuscripts, instructions for working with proofreading instructions regarding deadlines and other instructions of the Editorial Board;
evaluate the work of reviewers.
Violation of the prohibitions will be regarded by the editors as unethical behavior. The manuscript may be rejected by the Editors
In case of violation of paragraph 3, the Publishing House informs the Editor-in-Chief about the unethical behavior of the authors.
The authors adhere to:

instructions for submitting a manuscript to the journal;
the instructions contained in the letters received and the deadlines indicated in them;

The authors have the right to:
withdraw the article at any stage of its consideration

Responsibility and rights of Reviewers
The reviewer should not
participate in the review of manuscripts in case of conflicts of interest due to competitive, joint and other interactions and relationships with any of the Authors, companies or other organizations associated with the submitted work;
use unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts in personal research without the written consent of the Author;
discuss the manuscript with anyone not authorized to do so by the Editor.
Reviewers should
inform the Editor about the discovery of a significant similarity or coincidence between the manuscript in question and any other published work that is within the scientific competence of the Reviewer;
keep confidential and not use information or ideas obtained during the review for personal gain.
avoid personal criticism of the Author and try to give an objective assessment of the manuscript.
Bioethics
If animals or people were involved in the work as objects of research, the manuscript should indicate that all stages of the study comply with the legislation and regulatory documents of research organizations, and are also approved by the relevant ethical committees.
The authors are obliged to follow ethical principles of conducting medical research involving people, animals, and vulnerable populations.
Patients and respondents participating in a study should be fully informed about the purpose of the study, its results, and the consequences of participating in the study.
Vulnerable populations include
women of reproductive age, minors, elderly and senile patients, people with mental, cognitive and sensory disorders,
patients in an emergency, terminally ill or unable to give informed consent,
small ethnic groups
The editors have the right to request
a copy of the opinion of the ethical committee, informed consents, copies of questionnaires, etc.
The editors refer the following to violations of publication ethics:
illegal borrowing of text, figures, tables;
simultaneous submission of a manuscript to several journals;
concealment of a conflict of interest;
assessment of the professional qualities of reviewers;
illegal co-authorship;
multiple publications.
(*) Examples of potential conflicts of interest to be disclosed:
receiving financial rewards for participating in a study or writing a manuscript;
any connection (contract work, consulting, shareholding, receiving fees, providing expert opinions) with organizations that have a direct interest in the subject of the study or review;

(**) The publication of a certain type of article (for example, translated articles) is permitted in some cases, subject to a number of conditions. When submitting a manuscript for secondary publication, the authors must notify the editorial board about this and justify in detail the feasibility of such publication. In the case of a secondary publication, the settlement of issues related to copyright for publication is decided individually in each specific case. The general rules for preparing a manuscript for a "secondary" publication are: indicating a full bibliographic reference to the primary publication, preserving the original bibliography of the primary work.
Only those persons who have made a significant contribution to the conception of the work, the development, execution, and/or interpretation of the results of the presented study, as well as to the process of writing the manuscript (including scientific and stylistic editing and design in accordance with the requirements of the journal) may be recognized as the Authors of the publication.
When submitting a manuscript to the journal, Authors shall ensure that:
All participants who made a significant contribution to the reported study are presented as Co-Authors;
Those who did not participate in the study are not listed as Co-Authors;
All Co-Authors have read and approved the final version of the paper and agreed to its submission for publication—this shall be confirmed by the signatures of all Authors in the cover letter.
Identification of illegal borrowings is carried out:
as part of scientific peer review;
through the ANTI-PLAGIARISM system.
At this stage of expertise:
The editors do not take into account the percentage of originality calculated by the anti-plagiarism program;
The editors relies only on an expert analysis of the full report of the program;
The editors allow for complete coincidence in the description of the applied research methods with such in previously published articles, textbooks, manuals.;
The editors believe that the introduction, results, discussion and conclusion (conclusions) should be completely original.
If conclusions coincide with those formulated earlier by other researchers, this should be explicitly indicated in the manuscript in the discussion section.

All Authors must disclose in their manuscript ― declare in the appropriate section of the manuscript ― any financial or other relevant interests that might be construed to influence the findings or interpretation of their research.

The Editor and the Editorial Board shall not unnecessarily disclose information on the manuscript under consideration to anyone other than the Authors, Reviewers, possible Reviewers, other Academic Advisors, and the Publisher.
The Editor shall not use unpublished materials disclosed in the submitted manuscript in the Editor’s own research without the written consent of the Author.
Reviewers shall not use unpublished materials from the submitted manuscripts in the Reviewer’s own research without the written consent of the Author.
Reviewers must keep information or ideas obtained during the review process confidential and not use them for personal gain.
Reviewers shall not discuss the manuscript with any person not authorized by the Editor.
Identifiable (personal) information, including patient names and initials or hospital numbers, shall not be published in written descriptions, photographs, and genetic pedigrees unless the information is of great scientific or historical value and the patient (or parent or guardian) gives written consent for its publication.
Ethical guidelines for handling personal data in biomedical research involving human subjects must comply with legal acts, such as the Council for International Organizations of Medical Sciences (CIOMS) International Ethical Guidelines for Health-Related Research Involving Humans (2016)―in particular, Guideline No. 12 “Collection, Storage and Use of Data in Health-Related Research” ― as well as the Russian Federal Law on Personal Data (No. 152-FZ), implemented on July 27, 2006 .
Authors are encouraged to make the research data that support their publications available but are not required to do so. The decision to publish will not be affected by whether or not authors share their research data.
Definition of research data
This policy applies to the research data that would be required to verify the results of research reported in articles published in the journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia”. Research data include data produced by the authors (“primary data”) and data from other sources that are analysed by authors in their study (“secondary data”). Research data includes any recorded factual material that are used to produce the results in digital and non-digital form. This includes tabular data, code, images, audio, documents, video, maps, raw and/or processed data.
Definition of exceptions
The data that is not a subject to public disclosure may be delivered as follows: deposited in science data repositories with limited access or preliminary anonymised. An author can also publicly deliver metadata only and/or description of the method of access to the data under requests from other scholars.

Data citation
The Editorial Board of the Journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia”welcomes access to data under Creative Commons Licenses. Editorial Board of the Journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia”does not insist on the obligatory use of Creative Commons in case when the data is deposited in the repositories of the third party. The Publisher of the Journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia” does not assert any copyrights for the data submitted by the author together with the article.
Questions regarding the observation of that policy shall be sent to the executive secretary of the Journal “Traumatology and Orthopedics of Russia”.
Our advertising policy is consistent with the principles mentioned in the Recommendations on Publication Ethics Policies for Medical Journals which issued by the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME).
The journal generates revenue for the Publisher (Eco-Vector) from advertising, which creates a potential conflict of interest with the Editorial Team. Editors’ decisions do not depend on the cost of advertising or producing reprints. Advertisers and sponsors have no influence over the editor’s decisions, regardless of the terms of advertising or other agreements.
All advertisements are subject to the approval of the Eco-Vector’s staff, which reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement at any time.
The functions of editors and advertising managers in Eco-Vector’s journals are separate.
In Eco-Vector’s journals professional (physician-directed) publications and web sites, the intentional placement of advertising adjacent to articles discussing the company or product that is the subject of the advertisement is prohibited. Advertising content must be distinguished from editorial and other materials so that the difference between them is obvious.
Eco-Vector will not publish “advertorial” content, and sponsored supplements must be clearly indicated as such. If a supplement did not undergo peer review or underwent a peer review-process different from the rest of the journal that should be explicitly stated.
All Eco-Vector’s journals have the right to refuse any advertisement that, in its sole discretion, is incompatible with its mission or inconsistent with the values of members, the publication/web site or the organization as a whole, and to stop accepting any advertisement previously accepted. Advertisements are subject to review by the editors and others at the Eco-Vector’s journals. In no case shall separate agreements with Eco-Vector’s journals or its subsidiaries supersede this policy.
Once an advertisement has been deployed online, it will be withdrawn from the journal site at any time if the Editor(s)-in-Chief or Eco-Vector’s staff request its removal.
Advertising for the following categories is prohibited:
Alcohol
Tobacco
Weapons, firearms, ammunition
Fireworks
Gambling and lottery
Pornography or related themes
Political and religious advertisements
Advertisements that claim to have a “miracle” cure or method
Advertisements that make unsubstantiated health claims for the products advertised
Advertisements directed at children
Advertisements may not be deceptive or misleading, and must be verifiable. Advertisements should clearly identify the advertiser and the product or service being offered. Exaggerated or extravagantly worded copy will not be allowed. Advertisements will not be accepted if they appear to be indecent or offensive in either text or artwork, or if they relate to content of a personal, racial, ethnic, sexual orientation, or religious nature.
All advertisements are accepted and published by Eco-Vector on the warranty of the advertisement agency and advertiser that both are authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter of the advertisement.
In consideration of publication of an advertisement, the advertiser and the advertisement agency, jointly and severally, agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eco-Vector, its officers, agents and employees against expenses (including legal fees) and losses resulting from the publication of the contents of the advertisement, including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of privacy, copyright infringement, or plagiarism.
Any references to Eco-Vector or its products or services in advertisements, promotional material, or merchandising by the advertiser or agency is subject to Eco-Vector’s written approval for such use.
All advertisements for drug-specific campaigns must comply with the relevant Russian legislation that regulates advertising. Advertisers should make available to Eco-Vector the marketing authorization and summary of product characteristics when submitting their advertisement. In the case of drug advertisements, proprietary names of pharmaceutical products must be accompanied by the chemical, generic, or official name; the quantity of all active substances must be stated along with the recommended dosage. Each page of an advertisement for a prescription-only medicine should be clearly labeled as intended for health professionals.
Advertisements for products not approved by the FDA or the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation that make any kind of health claims must carry the following disclaimer: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and/or the Ministry of Health of Russian Federation. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
While Eco-Vector’s journals welcomes and encourages information-rich advertising, advertisements, advertising icons and advertiser logos must be clearly distinguishable from editorial content and may require special labeling to distinguish them as such. All advertisements must clearly and prominently identify the advertiser by trademark or signature.
