Аннотация

Использование ацетилсалициловой кислоты для фармакологической профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений — весьма спорный и дискутабельный вопрос. Не прекращающиеся дискуссии, в частности, на последних «Вреденовских чтениях» в 2017 г. о противоречиях в рекомендациях American College of Chest Physicians восьмой и девятой редакций, Российских клинических рекомендаций и гайдлайна AAOS побудили написать этот аналитический обзор. Мы попытались объяснить, почему сначала ацетилсалициловая кислота запрещалась, а потом вдруг стала разрешена для профилактики тромбоэмболических осложнений. Ответ на этот вопрос не может быть однозначным, поскольку неоднозначна сама современная система доказательной медицины и формулирования клинических рекомендаций.
