Аннотация
Проведён анализ публикаций об одном из методов хирургического лечения больных гонартрозом - одномыщелковом эндопротезировании. Обсуждается эволюция показаний и противопоказаний к операции, приведены данные о ближайших и отдалённых результатах лечения, а также особенностях восстановления функции нижней конечности в сравнении с тотальным замещением сустава. Сделано заключение, что одномыщелковое эндопротезирование является эффективным и надёжным методом лечения пациентов с остеоартрозом и остеонекрозом коленных суставов.
