Area of expertise: arthroplasty and organ-preserving surgery of hip joint; epidemiological studies of hip arthroplasty, studies on patients life quality and long term outcomes after hip surgery; peri-prosthetic joint infection treatment.
Period of service in profession is over 20 years. In 1994 started working in Russian Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics named after R.R.Vreden at department of urgent trauma surgery, was member of surgical team for urgent hip replacement after proximal femur fractures, worked at department of reconstructive surgery and was heading department of purulent osteology, starting 2005 worked as academic secretary of the Russian Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics named after R.R.Vreden. As of September 2016 appointed the chief research fellow of the Russian Scientific Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopaedics named after R.R.Vreden. Starting 2008 is engaged in teaching activity at postgraduate courses as well as at national and international educational courses and conferences.
Author of more than 230 publications in national and world journals including about 90 papers. Co-author of a manual on hip replacement, manual on hip joint surgery, national manual on trauma surgery and national manual on orthopaedic surgery.
