The statistical processing of obtained data was made. It was stated that the most frequent variant of sagittal spinal-pelvic profile is hyperlordosic one, followed by formation of degenerative changes especially in dorsal regions of spine (р=0,076).The strategy of patient examination with hip-spine syndrome was established from clinical and radiographic positions.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Цель исследования - улучшить результаты диагностики патологических изменений комплекса «тазобедренный сустав - таз - позвоночник» у больных с коксо-вертебральным синдромом за счет создания алгоритма обследования Материал и методы. Проанализированы результаты стандартизованного рентгенологического обследования 90 пациентов с коксо-вертебральным синдромом, развившимся на фоне одно- и двустороннего коксартроза III стадии. Изучены 12 параметров сагиттального и 3 параметра фронтального позвоночно-тазового баланса, а также оценены дегенеративные изменения в позвоночно-двигательных сегментах. Проведена статистическая обработка полученных данных. Результаты. Наиболее частым вариантом сагиттального позвоночно-тазового профиля является гиперлордотический, сопровождающийся формированием дегенеративных изменений преимущественно в задних отделах позвоночника (р=0,076).
