In all cases the indication for the surgery was THA failure resulting from aseptic loosening. Average follow-up time was 23,8 months. There were no cases of aseptic loosening after the revision surgery. The treatment results were evaluated as excellent or good in (85%) 29 patients.</span>revision hip replacementaseptic looseningcementless stemревизионное эндопротезирование тазобедренного суставаасептическая нестабильностьбедренный компонент[1.
