The results of the estimation of life quality, neurological status and survival after the surgery have shown the effectiveness of decompress and stabilization technologies at any variants of malignant tumor spine injuries, especially involving specific therapy. 27 patients were observed during the period from 10 months to 5 years.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведен анализ хирургического лечения 34 больных с множественными злокачественными, преимущественно метастатическими, опухолями грудного и поясничного отделов позвоночника с использованием спинальных металлических имплантатов. Результаты оценки качества жизни, неврологического статуса и выживаемости после операции показали эффективность декомпрессионно-стабилизирующих технологий при различных вариантах опухолевого метастатического поражения позвоночника, особенно на фоне специфической терапии.
