Midi-time follow-up results of hip resurfacing were retrospectively analyzed. 117 operations in 109 patients with average age 36,2 years were performed. From one to four years follow-up results showed good clinical and functional result with proximal hip bone stock preservation. In spite of technical difficulties of resurfacing, complication level was not more, than in standard total hip arthroplasty. This surgical procedure may be recommends for young, active patients.

Выполнена ретроспективная оценка среднесрочных результатов поверхностного эндопротезирования тазобедренного сустава у 109 пациентов (117 вмешательств). Сроки наблюдения составили 1-4 года, средний возраст больных - 36,2 года. Результаты показали, что поверхностное эндопротезирование ведет к хорошим клиническим и функциональным результатам при одновременном сохранении костной ткани проксимального отдела бедра. Несмотря на сложность данного вмешательства, количество послеоперационных осложнений не превышает обычный порог при стандартном эндопротезировании. Данный метод рекомендуется для лечения молодых, активных пациентов.
