Coblation, as well as chemical denervation of disc, is effective and safe method of the treatment for pain syndromes of cervical spine osteochondrosis providing good clinical results with minimal traumatization of surrounding tissues.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведено рандомизированное проспективное исследование для анализа сравнительных результатов лечения методами кобляции и химической денервации межпозвонковых дисков пациентов с рефлекторными болевыми синдромами, обусловленными дегенеративно-дистрофическим поражением шейного отдела позвоночника. Коблация, как и химическая денервация дисков, является эффективным и безопасным методом лечения болевых синдромов остеохондроза шейного отдела позвоночника, позволяющим добиться хороших клинических результатов при минимальной травматизации окружающих тканей.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>cervical spine</kwd><kwd>osteochondrosis</kwd><kwd>pain syndrome</kwd><kwd>coblation</kwd><kwd>chemical denervation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>шейный остеохондроз, коблация, дерецепция</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
