To maintain a balance between efficacy of thromboprophylaxis and the risk of serious bleeding in special patient groups the authors encourage to undertake the choice of anticoagulant on an individual basis taking into account the patient's weight, as his liver and kidneys, the duration of prophylaxis course, the possibility of laboratory monitoring of coagulation parameters after discharge from hospital. The authors analyze the possibility of the use of new oral anticoagulants in patients after hip or knee arthroplasty.</p>
Анализируется возможность использования новых пероральных антикоагулянтов у пациентов после эндопротезирования тазобедренного или коленного сустава.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>thromboembolic complications</kwd><kwd>thromboprophylaxis</kwd><kwd>parenteral anticoagulants</kwd><kwd>oral anticoagulants</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>тромбоэмболические осложнения</kwd><kwd>тромбопрофилактика</kwd><kwd>парентеральные антикоагулянты</kwd><kwd>пероральные антикоагулянты</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
