The device enables to remove a drainage tube or its fragments from a surgical site completely and with minimal damage to surrounding soft tissues in case of its breakage or a threat of breakage. This prevents revision surgery to remove the drain or its fragment, and eliminates the possibility of secondary infection of the wound and complication development.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Представлено описание устройства для удаления дренажных трубок, разработанное в Новосибирском НИИТО, и опыт его применения в отделении эндопротезирования и эндоскопической хирургии суставов. Устройство позволяет полностью и с минимальными повреждениями мягких тканей удалить дренажную трубку из области оперативного вмешательства при ее обрыве или возникновении угрозы обрыва в процессе ее удаления.
