The advantage of the reversing system over the ordinary total replacement and hemiarthroplasty in patients with old damages of the proximal part of the humeral bone is detected.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Показан хороший результат реверсивного эндопротезирования плечевого сустава конструкцией DELTA Xtend™ у больного с посттравматическим асептическим некрозом проксимального отдела плечевой кости.
