The questions of diagnostics of spinal instability in children at various kinds of pathology and at consequences of a trauma are discussed. Clinical and functional diagnostics of spinal instability has its own features, and so tactics of surgical treatment and its results depends on accuracy of pathology recognition and prediction of its progressing.

В настоящем обзоре рассматриваются вопросы диагностики нестабильности позвоночного столба у детей при различных видах патологии и последствиях травмы. Клиническая и функциональная диагностика нестабильности имеет свои особенности, и от точности распознавания патологии, прогнозирования ее развития зависит тактика оперативного пособия и результат лечения.
