The acute torticollis is usual and frequent cause of child's hospitalization. 208 patients 2-17 years of old with this syndrome were analyzed. Epidemiology, clinics, diagnostic and treatment are presented. The surgical algorithm of child's acute torticollis is suggested.

Актуальность темы обусловлена большим количеством детей госпитализирующихся в городские больницы. Проанализированы истории болезни 208 пациентов от 2 до 17 лет с диагнозом острая кривошея. Описаны эпидемиология, клиника, диагностика и лечение острой кривошеи. Предложен алгоритм помощи детям с данным синдромом.
