The first publications describing knee surgical stabilization have appeared in the early 20th century Until the early 1980’s there were several original methods of surgical treatment of posterior cruciate ligament injury including a dynamic stabilization with plasty by local tissues. Since the 1980’s with the development of arthroscopy the approach to surgical treatment of knee ligament injuries has changed. The authors discussed both advantages and disadvantages of different techniques of arthroscopic posterior cruciate ligament plasty. This review presents different views on arthroscopic repair of posterior cruciate ligament at present time.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>История хирургического лечения повреждений задней крестообразной связки охватывает период более 100 лет. Первые публикации с описанием методик хирургической стабилизации коленного сустава появились начале XX в. До начала 1980-х гг. было предложено несколько оригинальных методик оперативного лечения этой группы пациентов, предполагающих динамическую стабилизацию с использованием пластики местными тканями. С развитием артроскопической техники в 1980-х гг. изменился и подход к оперативному лечению повреждений связок коленного сустава. За последние 30 лет накоплен большой опыт применения различных методик артроскопической пластики задней крестообразной связки, которые имеют как несомненные достоинства, так и различные недостатки.
