We report on a case of 58 y.o. Patient, admitted to our setting 10 days after arthroscopic intervention on the right shoulder joint in another hospital. Based on clinical, laboratory and instrumental assessment septic shoulder arthritis was diagnosed. Arthroscopic lavage and debridement surgery with bioabsorbable antibacterial agent implantation was performed. Long term follow-up in 6 months showed good results with full range of motion, absence of pain and elimination of infection.</p>
После оперативного лечения авторы получили хорошие результаты: регрессирование болевого синдрома, восстановление объема движений, а также устранение инфекционного очага.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>shoulder arthroscopy</kwd><kwd>rotator cuff</kwd><kwd>septic shoulder arthritis</kwd><kwd>infectious complications</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>артроскопия плечевого сустава</kwd><kwd>вращательная манжета плеча</kwd><kwd>инфекционный артрит плечевого сустава</kwd><kwd>инфекционные осложнения</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>1.
