There are conflicting opinions about the treatment methods this pathology in the literature. This review analyzed the current literature, which show a lower percentage of recurrent dislocation after early arthroscopic shoulder stabilization in younger patients (15 to 25 years.) The older patients with primary shoulder dislocation may be treated with closed reduction followed by immobilization by retaining bandage.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Первичный травматический вывих плеча встречается у 1,7% общей популяции населения. О способах лечения данной патологии в литературе существуют противоречивые мнения.
